This Newsletter and Promotional Email Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Barakat Immigration Consulting Inc. (barakatimmigration.ca), and the individual user (“referred to as Subscriber”) who agrees to receive newsletters and promotional emails from the Company. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the Subscriber’s subscription to newsletters and promotional emails provided by the Company.
1. Subscription Consent and Opt-In
By providing your email address and subscribing to our newsletters and promotional emails, you hereby consent to receive electronic communications from the Company related to Canadian immigration services, updates, news, events, and other promotional content. You acknowledge that your subscription is voluntary and that you have opted to receive these communications.
2. Subscriber Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when subscribing to our newsletters and promotional emails. This information may include your name, email address, and any other relevant contact details. You understand that the information you provide may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Frequency and Content
The Company will send newsletters and promotional emails to the Subscriber at its discretion. The frequency and content of these communications may vary and may include, but are not limited to, information about immigration processes, policy changes, success stories, events, and offers related to our services.
4. Unsubscribe Option
If you wish to discontinue receiving newsletters and promotional emails from barakatimmigration.ca, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link provided at the bottom of each email. Alternatively, you may contact us at unsubscribe@barakatimmigration.ca to request removal from our mailing list.
5. Data Usage and Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. By subscribing to our newsletters and promotional emails, you acknowledge that your data may be collected, processed, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6. Modification and Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, amend, suspend or terminate its newsletter and promotional emails subscription service at any time, without prior notice. Likewise, Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time by following the instructions provided in Clause 4.Continued subscription to our newsletters and promotional emails after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your subscription to our newsletters and promotional emails.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By subscribing to our newsletters and promotional emails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
